Cienfuegos, Museo Historico Naval Nacional

naval001.jpg (101022 bytes) On September 5, 1957 an abortive revolt of the navy against Batista took place here. Inside the story of this revolt will be shown to you. Weapons, papers, uniforms and portraits of the Rebels.

Cienfuegos, Necropolis Tomas Acea

acea001.jpg (99238 bytes) You can see a lot of historic graves, but the main reason to visit this cemetery is the monument to the martyrs of the Navy Revolt on September 5, 1957 and a monument to the Cuban soldiers of Cienfuegos who fought and died in foreign countries.
Cienfuegos, Avenida 5 de Septiembre, about 2 kilometer east of town on the road to La Milpa.

In the center of town there is the Parque Jose Marti with of course a statue of Marti and a triumphal arch dedicated to the Cuban independence of 1902.

Pepito Tey / Guaos, Fabrica de Cemento Karl Marx
